Some of our products contain oats and almond oils, and these will be noted in the ingredients. Please note that we are not a gluten-free facility.
Yes, our hair care line is safe for colour treated hair. The colour on your hair is usually deposited on the hair shaft through a chemical process. Our hair care products will not negatively interact with this process or its effects.
Our natural products are made using a low concentration of essential oils, however, we still err on the side of caution as skin sensitivities can change during a pregnancy. Be aware of your body’s reactions and always patch test new products before full body application. Most wash-off products (such as soap) and our scent-free products are generally regarded as safe to use, however we always recommend consulting a health professional for advice.
Our products are GMO-free and free from toxic, harmful chemicals. Most of our ingredients are natural, however, we do use the occasional synthetic scent, and we’ll let you know which those are.
Here is a list of ingredients that we will never use: Lead, Mercury, Siloxanes, Coal Tar Dyes, Artificial Colourants, Sulfates (SLS), Phthalates, Parabens, Glycols, Triclosan, BHA (Butylated Hydroxyanisole), BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene), DEA (Diethanolamine Cocoamide Dea, Lauramide Dea), MEA (Monoethanolamine), TEA (Triethanolamine), Formaldehyde-Releasing Preservatives (Ie. Dmdm Hydantoin, Diazolidinyl Urea, Imidoazolidinyl Urea), Genetically Modified Organisms, Irradiated Ingredients, or Nanoparticles.
Absolutely not! We have never, and will never, test on animals.
No. Our products contain goat’s milk, tallow, honey or beeswax.
Yes, all of our products are biodegradable and will not harm natural habitats or aquatic life.

As soon as you place your order we get working on it right away. This means we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have and we will do our best to help.

You will be charged in Canadian dollars (as we are based in Canada), however your local currency exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company when the payment is processed.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders to Canada or the US over $60 CAD. You can view our shipping information here.
Yes, we deliver to the United States from our workshop in Alberta, Canada. You can view our shipping information here.
Once your order has been shipped from our workshop in Warburg, Alberta, you’ll receive an email with your parcel’s tracking information.
Please allow an additional 48 hours after your delivery notification as there can occasionally be courier delays. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Regrettably, because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in any way possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in any way possible.
