Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada only at this time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days via Ground/Surface delivery.
- Canada: 1–3 business days within Alberta, up to 7 business days nationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within Canada only at this time.
Please note free shipping is not available to the Canadian territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) or Atlantic provinces.
Do you ship to PO boxes or rural addresses?
Note the following mail services for PO Boxes and rural addresses:
- Chit Chats Canada Tracked: Recommended if you need to ship to a PO Box or rural address in Canada.
- Chit Chats Select: Not suitable for PO Boxes or rural addresses.
Do you provide tracking?
All Canadian orders receive automatic tracking. International orders requiring tracking may incur additional fees.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (for orders with tracking).
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Place your order and select “Edmonton Pick Up” as your shipping option. We’ll email you with instructions when it’s ready.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry, damage in transit, or returned packages.
For incorrect or damaged items, contact us within 3 business days and keep all contents and packaging.
For a missing package, please contact the courier company to start an insurance claim.


Questions About Your Order
Can I return my purchase?
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Mostly likely. Email us within 24 hours with your name, order number, and requested changes, and we’ll see what we can do. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional merchandise and shipping costs may apply.
What happens if something is out of stock?
This is rare, but if it happens, we will place the missing items on back order and ship them as soon as they’re available.
How do I store my soap, shampoo, and conditioner bars?
Keep your soap in a cool, dry place and allow it to drain between uses to extend their life.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Soaps will last up to 4 year, and sometimes longer if stored properly. The scent may fade slightly over time, but the soap will still work beautifully.
Other products will last up to 1 year.

Do you list all ingredients?
Yes. Every product page includes a full ingredient list so you know exactly what you’re buying
Where do your ingredients come from?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients, including goat milk and tallow from trusted suppliers.
Do you test on animals?
Never! All ingredients and products are cruelty-free.
Are your products vegan?
No — our signature ingredient is goat milk and used in all products.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all our products are gluten-free.
Could I have an allergic reaction?
Although rare, allergies are possible. Test on a small patch of skin first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our soaps. We also offer unscented options. We recommend doing a patch test first.


Essential Oils & Fragrance Oils
Are essential oils safer than fragrance oils?
Not necessarily. Both essential oils and fragrance oils can be safe when used properly and at skin-safe levels.
Essential oils are plant-derived, but “natural” doesn’t automatically mean gentler. Some essential oils are phototoxic (can increase sun sensitivity), and certain oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy or while nursing.
Fragrance oils, when responsibly formulated, can be just as safe. We use high-quality, skin-safe fragrance oils that are designed specifically for personal care products and meet strict safety standards.
How do you make sure your scents are safe for skin?
Every scent we use — whether essential oil or fragrance oil — is carefully selected and used within IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines for rinse-off and leave-on products.
For fragrance oils, we also choose formulas that are free from:
- Parabens
- Phthalates
- Formaldehyde & formaldehyde-releasing agents
- Mutagens & carcinogens
This means our scents are thoughtfully crafted to be skin-friendly, balanced, and appropriate for daily use.
Can essential oils and/or fragrance oils cause skin irritation?
Any scented product — natural or synthetic — can cause irritation for someone with very sensitive skin or specific allergies (like me).
Essential oils are highly concentrated and can be irritating if overused or if someone is sensitive to a particular plant oil. Some oils also require special care due to sun sensitivity (phototoxicity) or use restrictions during pregnancy or nursing.
Fragrance oils are blended to be consistent and gentle, and when used correctly, they are considered very safe.
Still, everyone’s skin is different, which is why we always recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known sensitivities.
Do you offer fragrance-free options?
Yes – we understand that some individuals prefer or require fragrance-free products, and we are committed to offering gentle options for those needs whenever possible.

What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you charge sales tax?
No, sales tax is not charged at this time.
Do you make custom soaps for events or gifts?
Yes! We can create custom labels, scents, and packaging for weddings, parties, or corporate gifts.
Do you sell wholesale?

Are you closed during holidays?
We are closed on all Alberta and Canadian statutory holidays. Messages and emails will be answered within 3 regular business days.
